Customer admin user role

To get the further self-management, we want the customer to be able to add team members based on what is allowed on their subscription level. Hence inside the app we need a dashboard where customer admins can see who in their organisation has access and where they can add or remove people and enforce password changes. In the same dashboard they should be able to see what they have as part of their subscription.
